Mrs D Martin.
This term we welcome Mrs D Martin to St Augustine’s Priory as our new Head of Chemistry who will be teaching Form III to Upper VI. She is looking forward to ‘working with the community at St Augustine’s Priory’. Mrs Martin enjoys Chemistry as pupils ‘learn through practical work and see things happening!’ It also ‘feeds on curiosity’ – a wonderful recommendation!
Formerly teaching at Mount House School in Barnet, Mrs Martin has taught in various schools, including at an international school in Rome. She achieved a B.Sc. in Biochemistry at Essex University and followed this with a PGCE at Oxford and an M.Sc.
We know that Mrs Martin will enjoy teaching at St Augustine’s Priory and we look forward to hearing more from her.
