Online talks.

The Let’s all Talk Mental Health 2022 season has started and we would recommend the course to parents.  The organisation offers ‘informative, incisive and practical help from leading experts to support parents and carers of teens struggling with their mental health.’

‘The Let’s all Talk Teen Mental Health 2022 Season is a series of 15 evening online talks with audience Q&A for parents, caregivers and family members to support their teens, understand the issues, and find out more about routes for help.

When teenagers struggle with their mental health, more often than not, it is the parents, carers or schools that are at the frontline trying to help.

Join us, as we go one-to-one with leading experts, therapists and psychologists to lift the lid on what can be one of the hardest roads to travel for a parent.’
