A dramatic opportunity!
Ms Hagerty, Director of Priory 6, teaches GCSE and A Level Drama at St Augustine’s Priory, and has just stepped into a new role as Deputy Head (Co-curriculum, Community and Development). Ms Hagerty started running her company Yourstage Drama (then Yourspace) in 2008. The company has gone from strength to strength, and many St Augustine’s Priory children have enjoyed both the Easter and summer holiday courses and the term time Saturday classes.
This summer, the three different age groups enjoyed a week working towards a production of ‘Shakespeare Rocks’ on the outdoor stage at St Augustine’s Priory, followed by a further week dedicated to comedy, culminating in a wonderful performance of a wide variety of comedic material in the Questors Playhouse.
Courses cater for children from 3 – 5 years of age (Yourstage Tots), 6 – 10 years of age (Yourstage Too) and 11 – 18 years of age (Yourstage Teens) and take place at St Augustine’s Priory on Saturday mornings.
