Mr U Ahmed.
We are delighted that Mr Ahmed has joined us to teach Maths to the Seniors and Priory 6 this term. Mr Ahmed writes:
‘Teaching at St Augustine’s Priory is a new challenge for me and one I am very much looking forward to. What drew me to this school was my previous experience when I trained in a Catholic school. I graduated in Mathematics with Finance from Queen Mary University and then went on to train at Brunel University.
You will see me on my motorbike. I’m starting with a modest 125cc, but watch this space! I enjoy trekking in the mountains and have climbed Mt Toubkal, in the Atlas Mountains and, among others, Snowdonia and Scafell Pike.
Mathematics is a fascinating subject, encouraging logical thinking and it is, of course, the purest science! Following on from the ethos of St Augustine’s Priory and St Augustine himself, I aim for my lessons to be happy – learning Mathematics can be fun (I promise)’.Categories: Priory Post Senior Sixth Form Whole School
