Bop Sh’bop, Little Shop of Terror!

Posted: 7th March 2017

On the twenty-third day of the month of September

in an early year of a decade not too long before our own,

the human race suddenly encountered a deadly threat to its very existence

And this terrifying enemy surfaced,

as such enemies often do,

in the seemingly most innocent and unlikely of places…

This week at Questors Theatre in Ealing, the Judi Dench Playhouse is being garlanded with green tentacles, blood spattered aprons lay draped on the stage, and the cast and crew of our school production are feverishly preparing the stage to host the formidable Audrey II.  If you haven’t yet seen the classic ‘horror comedy rock musical’ Little Shop of Horrors, either on stage or the 1986 film adaptation (starring Ellen Greene as Audrey, Rick Moranis as Seymour, and Steve Martin as a mercilessly vicious dentist) what better opportunity than this weekend?!

This Thursday 9th, Friday 10th and Saturday 11th March at 7 30pm only, St Augustine’s Priory will present the hilarious Little Shop of Horrors and there really is something for everyone – comedy, tragedy, rags-to-riches, a love story and of course, a gargantuan alien man-eating plant.

Not only this, but each night one lucky ticket holder (and friends) will win a VIP experience, including drinks and snacks in a private room and a photo with the cast!

What are you waiting for?  Head to http://www.questors.org.uk/event.aspx?id=631 now to snap up some tickets, and join us for the St Augustine’s Priory ‘horror comedy rock musical’ of the year!
