St Augustine’s Priory hosts netball tournament

On their website, England Netball states, ‘High 5 is the massively popular entry game of netball. It’s a great way for kids to get active, enjoy themselves and make new friends. It’s designed specifically for children, aged 9-11, and uses fun and variety to get them into the game, polish skills and aid fitness’.

At St Augustine’s Priory we are pleased to announce that we will be enjoying a High 5 tournament here on the afternoon of Friday 23rd September from 1.30pm.  We have a great track record in High 5, coming second in Middlesex last year.

Along with our Lower II and Upper II pupils, we will be joined by Years 5 and 6 from Mount Carmel, St Mary’s, St Vincent’s, St Mark’s and North Ealing primary schools to enjoy an afternoon of netball.  Parents are very welcome to come along to view the matches and support the girls.

St Augustine’s Priory’s Director of Sport, Mrs Gosling commented, ‘We are delighted to be hosting a High 5 netball tournament for the first time here at St Augustine’s Priory. We are very excited that so many local schools will be able to join us and look forward to seeing parents support and cheer the girls on’.

Strengthening Our Community: The Return of Boys to our Preps and Pre-Preps

We are excited to share that, from September 2026, boys will begin moving up from our Nursery into Reception, marking the gradual reintroduction of boys into our Prep and Pre-Prep School.

This step reflects growing interest from families who value our strong holistic ethos and unique grounds and setting and would like their sons and daughters to share their educational journey together.

At St Augustine’s, our strong sense of community, academic excellence, and deep care for each individual child remain at the heart of everything we do. This is a natural evolution of our school rather than a change to who we are, building on our strengths and allowing us to offer the same joyful, inspiring education to even more children.
