Emily, a devoted farm enthusiast and farm steward, brings genuine care and dedication to the animals at our farm. She joins us on the farm daily, offering her time, energy, and heart to ensure the well-being of the animals. Emily also generously supports new joiners to the school, helping them feel welcome and introducing them to the rhythms and responsibilities of farm life.

Her love for animals shines through not only in her daily interactions but also in her thoughtful and purposeful academic work. During the farm’s breeding season, Emily beautifully combined her academic learning with hands-on experience, applying genetic principles to predict and understand the inheritance of traits in guinea pigs. Guided by both curiosity and care, she recorded observations attentively, identified patterns, and refined her thinking as real outcomes emerged.
