Fees Information
Our fees remain highly competitive when compared to other leading independent schools in London, offering exceptional academic results, extensive co-curricular opportunities, and outstanding pastoral care delivering excellent value for a top-tier education.
All fees are charged termly in advance and cover the regular curriculum, standard teaching materials/books (except where students will be advised to purchase specific texts independently).
School lunches and educational trips are charged separately.
Public examination fees are not included in the main fees and will be added to the invoice prior to the examinations.
How to Pay
A term’s fees are due on the first day of term. Fees may be paid annually or termly in advance, or by monthly installments by Direct Debits (these will be collected on, or soon after, the first day of September, October, November, January, February, March, May, June and July.
Extras for collection by direct debit will be collected on, or just after, the first day of term.
VAT
The government introduced VAT at the rate of 20% on independent school fees, which has been effective since 1st January 2025.
Registration Fees
A non-refundable fee of £150 is charged to process each student’s application. These fees are inclusive of VAT.

|
If you are a working parent, you may be eligible to apply for an additional 15 hours, bringing your total to 30 free hours per week. This must be applied for by the cut-off date and the eligibility code must be allocated to the school. Booking Sessions and Fees billing:
|
Sessions are booked for a minimum of 3 mornings per week (8.30am to 1pm) up to full-time for the following term. Parents will be invoiced for each term in advance for the sessions booked. No refunds are possible for sessions not taken. Where parents wish to increase hours during the term this will be billed when the change is agreed with the Nursery staff or at the end of the term. It is the parents' responsibility to ensure the school can access the additional 15 hours. Should this not be possible the school will bill the parent the additional 15 hours per week at £10 per hour. |

The objective of the Fees in Advance Scheme is to provide a method where the cost of your child’s education at St Augustine’s Priory can be reduced by making an advance lump sum payment. Fees may be paid for up to three years in advance.
Please see link to a document outlining the Fees in Advance Scheme Terms and Conditions and an FAQ document.
Our policies regarding the payment of fees and deposits are set out in the School’s Parent Contract document. To withdraw from optional subjects, a full term’s written notice is required.
Likewise, a full term’s written notice must be given if your child is leaving the school. Failure to do so will result in a breach of contract and will be liable for a term’s fees in lieu of notice.
