Thanksgiving from Year 11 & 13

This week, we had a wonderful opportunity to come together as a school community to celebrate our fantastic Year 11 and Year 13 students as they prepare to head off on study leave for their upcoming exams. It was a special moment to pause, reflect, and recognise all that they have achieved during their time in the Senior School.

Our Year 11 students led a beautiful and thoughtful Thanksgiving Celebration of the Word, giving thanks for their journey so far, the friendships they have built, and the experiences that have shaped them. The celebration included a carefully chosen reflection from The Labyrinth: “You are on a path… exactly where you are meant to be right now,” offering a meaningful reminder as they take their next steps.

Our Year 13 students also led a lovely Thanksgiving Assembly for the Senior School, where they reflected on their time at St Augustine’s Priory. They shared heartfelt speeches expressing gratitude to their dedicated teachers and presented them with thoughtful gifts as a token of their appreciation.

We wish all of our Year 11 and Year 13 students the very best of luck as they begin this important period. We are incredibly proud of each and every one of them and look forward to celebrating their successes in the weeks to come.
