Students Invited to Prestigious Bebras Coding Challenge

Following exceptional performances in this year’s Bebras Challenge, high-achieving students have been personally invited to participate in the upcoming Bebras Coding Challenge for High Achievers, running from 2 March to 31 March 2026.

Organised by the Raspberry Pi Foundation, the Coding Challenge provides an exciting opportunity for talented students to further develop and showcase their programming skills in a competitive and engaging environment.

Challenge Structure

Participants will have the opportunity to select from four challenge groups:

  • Two block-based programming groups

  • Two text-based programming groups

Students can enter at one of four levels:

  • Novice – For those new to block-based programming

  • Explorer – For confident block-based programmers

  • Navigator – For students beginning their journey in text-based programming

  • Trailblazer – For experienced text-based programmers

The challenge format will consist of questions, introductory, intermediate and advanced challenge tasks.

Certificates and Recognition

Participants will receive certificates and awards recognising their achievement and commitment to computational thinking and coding excellence.
